Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By registering for an ElimuTrack account you agree to these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a school, you confirm you have authority to bind that school.

2. Trial period

New accounts receive a 14-day trial of the plan, free of charge. No payment card is required. At the end of the trial you may subscribe to a paid plan; otherwise the account reverts to limited access.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of all school data you enter. We process it only to provide the service, protect your account, and comply with law. Backups are taken daily and retained for 30 days.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, reverse-engineer, or use the service to store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate this clause.

5. Billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

6. Support

Support is provided by email and WhatsApp during business hours (EAT). Response times vary by plan tier.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on your dashboard at least 14 days in advance.
